I'm over here right now and can pick up the latest copy in about a 5 minute walk outside the main gate, but I don't have a scanner available to me, so oh well. I'd have to think about getting a scanner or mailing it, and considering how open this forum is and the type of material I'm not sure (not saying I wouldn't, because I like the stuff too. I just have to be a bit careful here).
If you know someone in the Military stationed overseas, getting a copy is pretty easy. There's some restrictions on using the military post office for that kind of stuff (although you could tell them it's something you sold on E-Bay and they'd be fine - as long as you're not using your official military email address to sell stuff). I've never seen anyone approached about handing the stuff, but I've never seen anyone openly sport a copy on the base.
And in case you're doubting, yes I'm behind 7 proxies and sure if I can torrent unrestricted I'm in the clear.
In b4 please dude I'm begging you get me a copy I'll pay anything...
